What is the warranty for your products?
Your satisfaction is our highest priority! We take pride in every product we ship. We guarantee that your ZippyZag product will be free from defects in workmanship. If you have any issues, please contact us at info@ZippyZag.com.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage from improper use or installation is not covered.

What is your shipping speed?
All in stock orders are estimated to ship within 2 business days.
We ship most of our wheel cover sets and wheel cover single replacements via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for US orders with 2-5 business day transit times and via USPS for international orders with 3-20 business day transit time. Please expect shipping delays with international shipments due to Covid-19 restrictions in certain areas.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of product that was installed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.
Packages returned to our warehouse as unclaimed, undeliverable, no access, wrong address provided, expired forwarding address, or no mail receptacle will be automatically refunded minus the original shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
